The SCBA Thread Saver will help prevent serious valve thread damage that will disable your SCBA just when you need it most.

The Thread Saver provides protection by helping to keep dirt, dust, mud, grit, sand, snow, ice and water away from your LP or HP cylinder valve threads and valve orifice. You'll find the Thread Saver is easy to install and remove with its unique mushroom design. This design also provides more than 1/4" of plastic cushion that must be worn away before valve thread damage can occur. Temperature extremes are no problem as they're being used in every state from Florida to Alaska.

Thread Savers are inexpensive insurance against serious valve thread damage and the need for cylinder valve repair.

Standard stocked unit is the 'Glow in the Dark' version (Yellow or Orange may be purchased - Minimum quantity required | Please contact us). Glow in the dark model, once exposed to light, will remain illuminated for about thirty minutes.
